A mere suggestion of a Crayfish. A simple and very effective fly designed initially for Carp though it has now caught many species. Weighted but designed to land soft it colapses when stripped and poofs out when dropping with a slight waddle on the way down. They'll eat it.

Simple Crayfish
One of my first productive Carp patterns and still proving itself in varied waters across the country. Simple, sparse and most importantly acts like a crayfish when fished. A quick strip compresses the claws, the protruding tail fibers cause it to wobble and when stopped it expands and drops to the bottom softly. It will work on pretty much any fish that eats crayfish.
